Shipping & Returns

So you bought some of our adorable items, and can't wait to get them? Our Butterfly Visions BB staff will do our utmost to get your order to you, as quickly and as smoothly as possible. We proudly ship all orders from the US. All orders are handmade, packaged and shipped from Texas.
 

Butterfly Visions BB ships packages to all 50 states, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses and to most International destinations.  

 

Though we try to get orders out as quickly as possible, some orders may take 10 - 15 days to process before shipping. We ship Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

 
You will receive tracking information via email when your order ships.
 
FREE SHIPPING: Orders over $50 and shipped within the contiguous United States qualify for free ground shipping. International orders do not qualify for free shipping. (Some additional restrictions may apply).
 
 
The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this website passes to you the buyer when the merchandise is delivered to our shipping carrier. In the unlikely event that your package is lost, stolen or damaged we are happy to provide the necessary documents needed to file a claim with the carrier. Once a Claim is filed the average wait time is 30 days. No refunds or replacement product will be issued until the claim is settled.  
 

Please triple-check your shipping address. We send your order to the exact address you provide and are not responsible for incorrect information.

 

Standard US Shipping

We use USPS, UPS and FedEx to ship our packages. We ship via the most cost effective method. If you require a specific service for delivery please contact us for assistance.

 

Our standard shipping typically takes about 5-7* business days. Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time.

International Shipping 

We currently offer Priority Mail International.  We have selected these methods of shipping because they are the most swift and secure for our International shoppers. 

 

Our standard International shipping typically takes about 7-10* business. This does not include our standard processing time, which may be lengthened if your order includes a custom made item etc. All International orders ship complete. (Our shipping times are always an estimate. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee these time frames. Unforeseen events out of our control may lengthen the shipping time). 

 

International orders may incur an additional shipping charge. We will contact you directly with a personalized shipping quote that can be handled via phone or PayPal.

 

We are required by law to list the price you paid for our products as the customs amount of the package and to accurately list the contents of your shipment. Upon arrival of your package in your country, you may be contacted to arrange payment of any local duties, taxes, and/or customs charges assessed by your government. Please keep in mind that we have absolutely no control over these charges.

 

If delivery of a package is refused, rejected, or returned for delivery failure, we reserve the right to charge your credit card for both outbound and inbound shipping charges.

 

In Store Pickup

We are happy to provide in store pickup as well as curbside pickup to our local customers! Please select pick up at checkout to forego shipping charges. We will call you when your order is ready for pickup so please ensure a good phone number is associated with the order.

 

IN STORE PICKUP: Pickup at our location in Edinburg, TX is always Free.

 

LOCAL DELIVERY: We do local delivery, you can select it at checkout.

 

Security Measures

The security of our shoppers is paramount so we proudly partner with PayPal to securely process credit card payments. It is important to note that we never receive your credit card information.

 

At this time we are only able to ship International orders to PayPal confirmed addresses. If your address is not confirmed please contact PayPal directly for assistance. Additionally, in most cases the billing and shipping addresses must be the same. If you have questions about this please contact us directly so we can help you.

 

Online Return Policy

Butterfly Visions BB strives to provide our customers with the highest quality merchandise and a fabulous shopping experience.

Custom-designed items, personalized items, and other made-to-order items require payment in full upon order, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Items that are custom, personalized or made-to-order are sometimes but not always noted in either the product description.
